SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Our Standard method of shipping is via UPS and FedEx unless otherwise specified on your order.
- UPS/FedEx Ground - Regular delivery speed, shipping times vary by destination.

- Next Day A.M. - Delivers before 8 a.m.
- Next Day - Delivers before 10 a.m.
- Next Day Saver - Delivers before 5 p.m.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days in the order in which they were received.
Air & Drop shipment orders needing to be processed the same day must be received before 12pm (PST)
Return Qualifications for Shoes:
Pleaser USA strives to accommodate the requests and queries of our customers. In order to return any of our items for credit, you must meet certain conditions in our company policy.
To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:
1. Couture Exotica must be notified immediately with order information and reason for return; Return request must be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
2. Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect or manufacturer's shipping error. In no event shall our liability extend beyond the credit of product cost. Shipment of replacement merchandise is limited to UPS or FedEx ground only. Cross merchandise will be charged before Couture Exotica receives the return merchandise.
3. Returns for reasons other than the above are subject to a 15% handling plus a flat $5 restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for arranging return shipment and any associated costs.
4. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been thoroughly inspected and evaluated by manufacturer. Upon approval you will receive an e-mail notification detailing credit.
5. Returns after two (2) weeks of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after one (1) month from the invoice date.
6. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, clean, unused, and in sellable condition. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any handwritten marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise, a 15% service charge plus a flat $5 restocking fee will be assessed.
7. No credit or exchange will be permitted on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear, or from closeout / "all sales final" offers. Couture Exotica reserves the right for final judgment in this regard.
8. Couture Exotica reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise's sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions. Couture Exotica has the final say in this regard.
9. Credits may not be redeemed for cash, and can be applied to open invoices and future orders only.
Domestic (USA) Merchandise Return Procedure
1. Please call us at 240-707-4160 or email a customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. A UPS or FedEx label will be issued Only when the return is due to; 1) Couture Exotica's shipping error or 2) a manufacturing defect. Couture Exotica reserves the right to refuse any package returned without proper authorization.
2. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused.
3. All returns due to Couture Exotica's shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via Couture Exotica's UPS or FedEx Ground accounts. Return shipping costs on customer accounts will not be credited back to customer.
o All return claims must be made within 90 days if the original invoice date, all returns older than 90 days will be denied.
o Worn goods WILL NOTbe accepted unless Ellie Shoes deems the shoe to be of manufacture defect! All closeout or discontinued items are not eligible for returns unless defective. Any worn shoe returned to Ellie Shoes without authorization will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
o Be advised all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% handling fee PLUS a flat $5 Restocking fee, and there will be a $2.00 charge for any damaged or crushed boxes.
o Please contact customer service for a return authorization form, once this form is received by a member of our team an RA # (Return Authorization Number) will be given. A UPS call tag label will only be issued on returns if it was an Ellie Shoes shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
o All returns will be checked in and processed within 2 weeks of our warehouse receiving the package.
o All returns are good for exchange or credit on file only, NO REFUNDS will be given!
